Before joining Honeycomb Strategies, she led sustainability and social impact for the World Surf League, directing the organization’s global strategy, developing its first award-winning Purpose & Impact Report, and launching multi-country initiatives focused on carbon reduction, ecosystem restoration, and inclusive engagement. Her work has earned recognition from the UN Ocean Decade, Green Sports Alliance, and multiple Anthem and Webby Awards.
